The office staff is very friendly. Ed, the hygienist is very professional, takes his time and explains everything he is doing. Dr. Patel is also very friendly and takes the time to know you. I never feel like he is rushing through my exam. I was very concerned since I had been a patient at a previous dental practice for decades. I feel like I have made a great decision coming to Penn Dental.

This is the best Dentist ever and the employees their are awesome and caring very supportive n understanding.. I’ve been a client for three years n loved to go to all my appointments.. The dentist is very kind n sweet n very caring and a Godly man.. Made me feel like family..

I have always had a huge fear of going to the dentist, but after my visit yesterday, that fear is completely gone. From the very first phone call to schedule my appointment to the moment I walked out the door, everyone was kind, professional, and welcoming. I am so grateful to have found this office and highly recommend them to anyone who feels anxious about dental visits.

One of the best experiences that me and my entire family and friends have had with a dentist. He specializes in almost everything. Quality of work is excellent. Very attentive. Any issues are handled expeditiously. We highly recommend this practice!

Outstanding family dentist highly recommended. We have had a wonderful experience with Dr Ronak Patel and his hygienist Ed at Penn Dental Arts. From the moment you walk in the staff makes you feel welcome comfortable and truly cared for. The office is clean well organized and very family friendly. Dr Ronak Patel is extremely professional patient and gentle taking the time to explain every procedure clearly and answer all questions without rushing. Ed the hygienist is friendly thorough and makes cleanings comfortable and easy for patients of all ages. This makes a huge difference especially for children seniors and anyone who feels nervous about dental visits. The entire team is kind attentive and respectful. Appointments are on time and the quality of care is excellent. You can tell they genuinely care about their patients health and comfort. We are very grateful to have found such a trustworthy and caring family dentist and highly recommend Penn Dental Arts for patients of all ages.
